Manny Khoshbin (born 14th January 1971) is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and online personality. Khoshbin is also the author of Driven: The Never-Give-Up Roadmap to Massive Success (Entrepreneur Press, 2018).
Manny Khoshbin immigrated to the U.S. along with his family in 1984 from Iran. In 1992, Khoshbin acquired his real estate license and started his highly successful career. Although Khoshbin is now known more as an online personality through his YouTube channel, on which he is known to showcase his lavish lifestyle.
Manny Khoshbin resides in his family home in Orange County, California, with his wife (Leyla Milani) and their two children, Enzo and Priscilla.
Early Life and Education
Manny Khoshbin moved to the U.S. in 1984, at 14 years old, with his parents and four siblings to escape the war in Iran. With a large family, stepping into the workforce was nonnegotiable for Khoshbin, so at 16, he started his first job at K-Mart for minimum wage.
Displeased with his job, Khoshbin began selling snack foods door-to-door, later trying this on his own by purchasing snacks in bulk and selling them door-to-door again, but this business was later shut down by a health inspector for Khoshbin’s lack of permits.
Career and Investing
After a failed investment in a gas station when Khoshbin was 20 years old, he was forced into a job at a mortgage company as a loan officer, which he left after six months to obtain a real estate license and start his own mortgage and realty company, creating the real estate career he keeps to this day.
Personal life
Khoshbin married actress, TV host, and entrepreneur Leyla Milani in June 2011, and together they have two children, son Enzo (born in 2012) and daughter Priscilla (born in 2016).
